TERM OF USE:
STEAM ICON, LLC agrees to perform all specified work in a professional manner while utilizing reasonable care to obtain full customer satisfaction. The use of our services will constitute your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
We will strive to provide guaranteed satisfaction to our customers. Conversely, in the circumstances listed below, it is pivotal to perceive that STEAM ICON, LLC will release themselves from liability concerning the following and the like:

During certain instances technicians will be limited in attaining the finest results due to the condition and nature of the application being cleaned.
Pet stains are thoroughly cleaned with a specialized product that neutralizes the urine. On the contrary, damaged areas and major odors to carpets, furniture, etc. is not guaranteed.
The customer will not hold the company responsible for any shrinkage of carpet, rugs, upholstery, etc.

Substantial soil conditions may be subject to an additional fee, without guarantee of removal. In some instances, it will be impossible to restore original color or texture on carpets, upholstery, area rugs, etc. Sometimes spots will appear more visible after our cleaning process. Therefore, spotting process on rust, liquor, cosmetics, ink, or coffee, etc. is not guaranteed. Adverse effects of fabric depend on the materials and dyes used in manufacturing, resulting in colorfastness due to the cleaning process.​

Backing, lining and other materials used to manufacture carpet and furniture may produce adverse results when cleaned. Hence, there is no technique of determining when such outcome will occur. Certain carpets such as fluffing, blooming, pile shading that come in various different styles will not be changed and perhaps may be highlighted after cleaning.

This agreement of Terms and Conditions releases STEAM ICON, LLC from all liability pertaining to any of the above circumstances and the like. I agree to hold STEAM ICON, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility while work is being performed.  Customer’s forfeit all right to bring a suit against STEAM ICON, LLC for any of the above reasons and we will make every effort to obey safety rules and take any precautions as explained by the service technicians.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Customer agrees to pay the price quoted on STEAM ICON, LLC payment terms. Payment will be due in full upon completion of service: Via, Cash, Check, or Credit Card. (Unless a 15 day payment term, or other payment method was specified on quote and signed by a service technician.) The total amount due is payable within 15 days (unless other payment method was specified on quote and signed by a service technician) from the date of service in U.S. Funds and at STEAM ICON, LLC place of business.

LATE PAYMENT:
Invoices not paid in full are subject to a Late Charge of 8.5% per month. Customer agrees to pay any costs, including Attorney’s Fees, incurred by STEAM ICON, LLC in collecting amounts due.​

​REFUNDS:

Our goal is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction, STEAM ICON, LLC will not offer refunds under any circumstance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within a 72 hour time frame, and we will gladly re-service any missed areas up to 3 days after your cleaning. Please note, “failure” to call within 72 hours of service will result in regular pricing.

RETURN CHECK:

A return check fee of $25.00 will be applied in the event of ​​any return checks written to STEAM ICON, LLC. In addition to the return check fee, the amount quoted by our service technician will be due immediately.

SERVICE REFUSAL:
Under federal anti-discrimination laws, STEAM ICON, LLC can refuse service to any person for any reason, and will not discriminate against a protected class.

PRIVATE POLICY:

The private policy for STEAM ICON, LLC sets how we implement and protect any information provided to us while using our services or website. STEAM ICON, LLC is committed in ensuring your privacy is protected. Personal contact information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and the like are only used to contact our potential-clients/clients in regards to quotes or previous completed services, and will never sell or share any personal contact information. STEAM ICON, LLC will never sell or share any personal account information such as, credit cards, check account information and the like. STEAM ICON, LLC strictly follows the policy of PCI Compliance for additional protection.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
Customer agrees photographs and audiovisual of their cleaning applications (e.g. carpet, upholstery, area rugs etc.) can be taken during our cleaning process. STEAM ICON, LLC shall own the copyright to all images created, and may use the work for samples, advertising, social media, and self-promotion. STEAM ICON, LLC will not sell photographs and audiovisual to a third party under any circumstances.

COPYRIGHT:
The information on this covenant is protected by STEAM ICON, LLC. Any permission to copy, alter, reproduce, publish or distribute this content is forbidden without obtaining written consent of its officials from STEAM ICON, LLC.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any point in time without notice.
